If you want to be a better leader, ask more questions.

We need to ask more questions to understand others better.
We need to ask more questions to learn more about a situation.
We need to ask more questions maintain an open mind.
We need to ask more questions because they help us build our relationships with others.
We need to ask more questions to get input into decisions - so we can make better decisions.
