How Not to Spread Your Ideas

"A poem is no place for an idea." - Edgar Watson HoweThis quotation isn't a slam on poems. But the audience of poem readers is (relatively) small. If you have an idea that you want to spread, it must be shared in places where people will see it, hear it, read it and talk about it. What is your idea? How are you sharing it? Don't hide it, expose it. Don't whisper it, shout it. Make it real, make it accessible, and make it happen! Also posted in Leadership. Labels: leadership, poem

A Remarkable Leadership Poem and Movie
Posted at 6:11 PM on Sunday, August 19, 2007
Some time ago I wrote a poem titled Remarkable Leadership. Recently my team worked their magic. Jenny Pratt put it to music and Brett Atkin loaded it on a webpage. I believe the results are remarkable. Judge for yourself here. If you watch it, please come back and post a comment. If you love it, please pass it on to others.
