Here are the elements that will be included in any training development project we are involved in:

  • Adult-based - since your people are adults, the training takes into account the unique needs of adult learners.
  • Performance-focused - learners gain specific new skills and knowledge they can apply in their professional and personal lives.
  • Lasting - the learning is best judged by the lasting skills, knowledge and attitude impact on the participant's and their organizations.

How We Operate

Our Chief Potential Officer, Kevin Eikenberry has served as President, Chairman and two term board member of the North American Simulation and Gaming Association (NASAGA), the premier professional organization for those interested in making learning more experiential and engaging.

Beyond the key elements listed above, it is important to understand the underlying beliefs of your instructional designers to make sure that the approaches and values of the training matches your organizational culture. For that reason, here is a part of our philosophy:

  • We believe that learning is a process not an event. One training class doesn’t solve the problem. One book won’t change everything. We strive to help you build processes that will support the learning beyond events and help make them relevant and valuable in the real world.
  • We believe that learning is an active process, not a passive one-way lecture. We didn’t learn to ride a bike until we sat in the seat. For that very reason, we can’t expect people to learn new skills in a passive lecture. People need a chance to try and practice. We design our services to make this happen.
  • We believe that learning can and should be fun (or we aren’t doing it right). Human beings are learning beings! When we make learning fun, exciting and interactive, we learn more, learn faster and remember longer.
