Train the Trainer is a workshop designed to make anyone more effective in training others. A Train the Trainer workshop from The Kevin Eikenberry Group will help you or the people in your organization become more effective at helping others learn. We can help in a couple of specific situations:

• Typically people throughout your organization are subject matter experts. When you want these experts to train others they have the technical expertise, but may not be very effective in helping others learn. That is when those experts need to learn the process of training and effectively facilitating learning from us.
