Module 1: How to Lead Change

As a leader, it's your responsibility to help others overcome the natural tendency to resist change. In this module, you'll learn how to use this resistance as a positive driver for change as well as simple techniques that will help you successfully lead change, turning resistance into acceptance and even ownership.
Module 2: How to Be a More Effective Communicator
There are few things that can affect your success as much as poor communication. Module 4: How to Influence with Impact
As leaders, we must use our influencing skills to help get things done through other people. And leading from our values is the foundation of our ability to influence. Module 5: How to Encourage and Develop Collaboration and Teamwork

This module gives you tools and models to help your teams be more than teams in name only. Module 6: How to Set Goals and Support Goal Achievement
For leaders, goals are the ultimate productivity enhancer: they provide focus, direction and meaning to our work. And as a leader, the situation is two-fold. You have a role in supporting others in achieving their goals and you have a responsibility for modeling the right behaviors. In this module, you'll learn the keys to a successful goal-setting mind-set, the power of goal alignment and tips for creating greater alignment within your team.

- A self-assessment - reflective questions that will help you think about your current skill level and help you determine your strengths and weaknesses
