For many, Inbox Zero is an elusive goal – an achievement that we strive for and a productivity benchmark that we work towards, but ultimately an ongoing battle that we’re losing.
Email is the number one barrier to productivity and the biggest barrier to work-life balance.
While the concept was created to help us be more productive and effective on a daily basis, it’s morphed into a misrepresentation of its true intention.
Because the truth is that it’s not how many messages are in your inbox – it’s how much of your time and energy is in that inbox and how you use email to positively lead and engage with others (which often benefits your career!)
If you’re one of the overwhelmed professionals for whom “Inbox Zero” is a frustrating quest, you are not alone. Instead of trying for Inbox Zero, set your sights on being an Inbox HERO.
In this powerful program, you’ll learn to change your mindset about your inbox and become others-focused while maintaining your quest to keep your inbox manageable. We will unpack four descriptors of an Inbox HERO which will improve your professional reputation and personal level of productivity.
- How to create emails that are truly helpful
- What it means to encourage others using email
- Why it’s important to be responsive
